0% marketplace fee for independently sourced clients. A client first introduced to your business through a Cavvyo booking or availability request retains the marketplace rate on future appointments with that business, including manual visits, recurring care and private invitations. A new horse or different payment method does not reset that relationship.

Fees are saved when each appointment is created, calculated on service and travel charges, and collected with online payment or billed separately after you record cash/check/other payment. Payment processing and optional messaging costs are separate. Existing agreed subscription rates are not automatically changed. Read the Provider Terms.
